Creative Courses
We run 8-week courses designed to build the confidence, networks, and portfolios of early-career creatives. Working in partnership with industry experts, we produce courses in photography, design, and radio. Each course culminates in a professional campaign, giving participants a platform to showcase their work and catalyse their careers.
Business Programmes
We aim to build on the West of England’s grassroots entrepreneurs through our business programme, Two Step. This 6-month incubator offers training, funding, and mentoring for creative and music founders, helping them grow and scale their businesses while achieving their goals.
Events
Bringing our community together is a key goal of our work. We produce events that connect creatives from across the industry to celebrate, collaborate, and share knowledge. From running our own festival to hosting launch events and conferences, we thrive on creating spaces where creativity comes together.
